EXCHANGE POLICY

Midwest Broomball understands its difficult to order equipment that you can't try on. To mitigate this problem, we offer exchanges within 60 days of sale date in its original packaging and resalable condition. Please fill out the following form and place a NEW order right away. Once you receive the new size and/or model please drop in your return and apply the enclosed PREPAID postage label for domestic orders, and drop it off at your local post office. 100% of the product cost will be refunded on your method of payment once your exchange is received.

RETURN POLICY

No restocking charges! Midwest Broomball offers a 100% product cost refund if the customer is unhappy with their purchase in any regard. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of sale date in its original packaging and resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
